What is CCSVI?Chronic Cerebrospinal Venous Insufficiency (CCSVI) is a relative blockage or delay in outflow of blood from the brain and spinal cord. This delay causes insufficient oxygen flow to some parts of the brain (slow stroke) and venous hypertension.
